I had sex with my girlfriend.The next morning i awoke with swelling a
just under the head of my penis on left side only. After feeling around on it. it feels to me like a broken vein. it does not hurt to have sex or effect my erection it does protrude a little when im erect & feels if vein is severed.

Well come to HCM
Chances of infection may be likely could be due to intercourse and this is not the vein related symptom, watch for changes till this can be treated with anti-inflammatory drug only and the best option would be Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, hope this information helps, take care.
