What Causes Swelling With Brownish Fluid Discharge On Buttocks?

Hi, I am a 19 year old men, about 2 months ago I began running 3 miles a day daily which has led to the line between my sack and anus swelling up and i just noticed it s started leaking a brown-ish fluid. the are is quite red but doesn t particularly hurt.
