What Causes Swelling With Numbness On Forehead With Lack Of Eyebrow Movement?

Hello! Me and my guy were play wrestling when I lunged at him, trying to grab his arms, but I missed and ended up slamming my head into his chest. Normally this isn t a problem except he was wearing his 3 inch tigers eye pendant, which happened to be in my way and now has left an indent in my forehead. There isn t any redness, there is some swelling, tingling under the skalp, numbness on right side of forehead and loss of motion of right eyebrow, nausea and fatigue. This happened approximately 8pm September 1 2014
