What Causes Swellings On The Head In A Baby?

Hi doc, my two months old baby has had swellings on his head that have become so pronounced, they started as just a reddish bump on the head but grew within days and now they are several growing to a sharpness and forming whitish stuff inside, what could be wrong? please help.

Thanks for the query.
From your description it looks like your baby is having some abscess on the scalp (it might be associated with fever also).
I would be happy if i can see the photo, so that i can help you better.
Till then try applying fusidic acid cream locally.
Keep the area clean and dry.
