What Causes Swollen And Non Painful Hard Lump?

This is a hard lump in the middle left. Side of my stomach it seems to be swollen conpared to my right side. My mom seen me n sid i look puff n bloated. It dont hurt but its like i can feel. It there. I know ur gunna say go to dr. But im scared i havent tooken very good care of my self in my 33year . So my question is what could it be

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is lipoma which is a benign proliferation of fat cells.If it is not bothersome it can be left alone.However if it is increasing in size and causing pain on movement it may be removed. Consult your doctor to confirm the diagnosis of the condition. Regards
