My lip hurt and got a little swollen and red just in one small area, then I accidentally bit it and it kind of hurt but I brushed it off as nothing. Woke up and it had gunked over with this weird yellow stuff about the color of pus but a little darker yellow and it hurts if I even touch it just a little. A similar bump is showing up nearby and getting bigger and I'm afraid it will leak and hurt too. I am a female, early twenties, have von willibrands, and am a little heavier than the average person my size (5'11'' tall). Both bumps are on my lower lip.
