What Causes Swollen Ankles, Frequent Urination, Cough, Chest Pain?

My ankles have been swollen for a week and I have been urinating a lot.I have a little cough and when I try to exercise I get a sharp pain in my chest and also I will get a heaviness in my legs when I try to walk around the track to exercise.why is this? My e-mail is YYYY@YYYY

All your symptoms sounds like a cardiac problem. As you havent mentioned your age it is difficult to say exactly what is causing the swellings but any kind of disease that leads to a fluid builtup in your chest can cause these kind of symptoms.
