What Causes Swollen Breasts,vomiting And Spotting?

I was on cerrezette for a year came of it one month ago thought I was getting my period and now I have swollen breasts, vomiting and I had some spotting. I took a test today and it was negative. Could I still be pregnant? I've had sex during the month but using condoms.
