What Causes Swollen Eyes Along With Headache?

My 18 year old daughter has swollen eyes and has had a headache for 4 days behind the eyes. She is tired and just doesn t feel her self. Stuffy nose and some drainage. What can I do for her. I have given her Advil and only minor relief. She has a close friend that was diagnosed with mono.

Hi,

She is having allergic rhinitis and eye problem may be related to it might be having allergic conjunctivitis. Take tab Levocetrizine 5 mg in morning for 5 days. Apply Cromal eye drop three times daily.

Hi,

It is not related to mono. It can be allergic conjunctivitis. Give tab Levocetrizine 5 mg in morning for 6 days. Apply cromal eye drop three times daily.
