Hi welcome to hcm I understand your query and concern. Your symptoms are suggestive of Congestive heart failure.Get an ECG,2 D Echo immediately to confirm the diagnosis. Also get serum creatinine, serum electrolytes, complete blood picture, chest x ray as apart of routine evaluation.Drugs like digoxin, digitalis will be helpful.Monitor blood pressure regularly, depending on the readings drugs should be prescribed.Blotchy and swollen feet is due to venous congestion leading to inadequate draining of blood thereby overload to the heart.I advise you to consult cardiologist immediately for expert management and review with reports. Post your further queries if any, Thank you.
