What Causes Swollen Foot Along With Painful Shoulder?

hello I have previously been tested for diabetes said no don t have but have hurt my foot and ankle falling down stairs 30 years ago hadn t had any problems but lately my left foot on top has swollen up cannnt get shoe on and my right arm near shoulder feels bruised but haven t had any injury don t have any idea whats wrong having pain in foot mainly slightly right shoulder pain

Sir your symptoms are suggestive of secondary arthritis may be due to your long standing primary trauma.
You need to get x rayed. Diagnosed and treated accordingly.
