What Causes Swollen Glands On Neck, Pain Behind Eyes And Tooth Sensitivity?

I have had swollen glands on the right side of my neck for a couple of days. Today, there's a pain behind my right eye and I also feel some soreness and teeth sensitivity on the right side only. The Internet has me believing I could have cancer and a friend says it's probably just allergies. I could use some advice. Thank you.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

Please dont worry , it is unlikely to be due to a cancer and i would like you to meet your ent doctor as you may be having a sinus infection. This can in turn be due to many causes like allergy , smoking etc and you will need to do an endoscopy of the nose to find out the cause and confirm this. You will also need antibiotics for the infection and i would like you to meet your doctor for the same.

Thanks
