What Causes Swollen Left Hand After Removal Of An IV?
My husband underwent a heart cath yesterday which resulted in a stint being inserted. After the IV removal from his left hand, on the way home his hand swelled and is still swollen today, however, not as much swelling as yesterday. It s causing him some discomfort today. Is this situation normal following an IV removal?
