What Causes Swollen Legs, Bruised Feeling, Dark Spots, Tight Calves, Yellowing Eyes, And New Veins, Along With Dizziness And Blackouts?

Hi, I have swollen legs that feel like they are bruised from my left hip all the way down to my feet. My feet are dark reddish purple and have new freckles that have been increasing for the past 2 years and now are light brown spots all over both feet. The bruised feeling up and down my leg seems centered on 1 nerve or vein that starts under my left pelvic are and feels worse almost in area le behind the knee and on the inner side of my left foot. My legs, mostly my left calve is super tight and has huge knots all over it and both legs, more so in the left, indent almost unbelievably with anything like pressure from socks or clothing or crossing my legs or when resting my elbow on my legs. I have callouses that seem to have started to form on my ankles that weren’t there before and it is very hard to stand for a longer period of time of 15 minutes. My eyes have been yellowing for about a month now too and I have a new vein in my right hand that is hard and protruding. The vein in my forehead is constantly showing up and I have dizzy spells and increased dissociative episodes and blackouts.
