Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would like to tell you that it can be pedal edema which common side effect of some anti-hypertensive drugs or can be due to heart failure if you are feeling breathlessness during exertion.

Kindly get an ECG, Echocardiography and Chest X-Ray done and consult a Cardiologist for physical evaluation.

I hope this information will answer your query.

Kind Regards
Dr. Bhanu Partap
