Hello and welcome to HCM,
Sharp pain on right side with a history of hernia surgery could be possible due to the surgery.
A clinical assessment of the operative site is required to look for any evidence of infection.
Infection of the surgical would is known to cause pain.
In case there is any evidence of infection, appropriate antibiotics need to be taken.
However, the itching and selling on the hands and feet seem to be unassociated with the pain near the surgical site.
Swelling on side of the head also appears to be unassociated with the surgery or pain.
A clinical assessment of hands and feet as well as lump is required.
The swelling could be due to lymph node enlargement and it requires aspiration cytology to know the site and nature of the lesion.

Thanks and take care
