What Causes Swollen Lump With Pain And Pus In Scrotum?

Hi I have a swollen lump on the left side of my scrotum. Yesterday I noticed it because I was feeling irritation and a bit of tender pain. Immediately I squeezed it and pus burst out. It was a decent amount of pus, however it did not help the swelling go down. I work overnight so at work I was able to monitor it when I d have restroom breaks. It has increased noticeably in size and becoming more painful. At work every time I went to the restroom I was able to squeeze more pus. So it fills fast but each time I squeeze it is only a small amount. I am 21 years old. This morning in the shower I lift my shaft straight up and noticed that the left side of the scrotum sack is lifted higher than the right side probably due to the swelling. I have no money for a doctor right now since here in America medical costs are an arm and leg. Really need help.

Inguinal bubo,with cellulitis on left side of scrotum.
or could be from Boil with abscess.
You need to take antibiotics and anti-inflammatory from OTC chemist.And attend Govt hospital ER doctor,who would do the needful.
