What Causes Swollen Lymph Node In Groin Area After MMR Shot?

My 5 year old daughter got MMR shot about 5-6 weeks ago. She has been getting a swollen lymph node toward the end of the day in the groin area (left side). After taking a warm shower--it gets smaller. When she wakes up in the morning--it s practicaly gone. This cycle repeats itself.

local inflammation and secondary abscess formation can lead to infection and that will lead to inguinallymphadenopathy.
