I have had sever swollen lymph nodes in my groin on both sides for months. They are a bit painful, Haven t changed in size, and I am starting to worry. I have had muscle aches throughout my body but mainly in my arms. I have been ultrasounded, and tested for a myriad of things that all came back with good results. I do not have mono. I do not have lymes. CBC came back completely healthy.

Hello welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

Your enlarged lymph nodes could be reactive lymph nodes enlargement. Your USG report normal so no need to worry. I suggest you to investigate with simple investigation that is fine needle aspiration cytology to rule out nature of enlarged lymph node. You can revert back with reports for further discussions.

Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
