What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes On Neck?

Hi i have a swollen lymphnodes on my neck It was ultrasounded 2 weeks ago said it was normal but it s getting worse.they found a lot of swollen lymphnodes but said all was normal. I had a total thyroidectomy 19 months ago. They just found a 17 mm soild hypoechoic nodule. I m very confused.

The common cause for enlarged lymph node is infection hence it is recommended to have short course of antibiotics like augmentin .
Get it prescribed by the local doctor .
