What Causes Swollen Penile Shaft After Having Sex?

hi I just had normal sex today with my wife and 10 hours later when I went to pee, I found these two pumps or swelling on the left side of the shaft the penis. they don't hurt, I only noticed when I went to pee, but I started mild shivering a couple of hours ago and body-ache. I thought the body-ache is from playing soccer, but I got threw off by the chills. I wonder what it could be. I highly exclude STD's since I never had sex but with my wife

This is not the sign of any sexual transmitted disease but this could be nonspecific type of swelling, just wait for some time this would come around on its own, no need to worry about this, take care, have a nice day.
