What Causes Swollen Penis Shaft After Masturbation?

Dear doctor,I was masturbating recently and after that I went to take a shower.2-3 hours after that I noticed that the shaft of my penis was swollen.To be more precise,the circumcision line.This is the first time this happened to me and I am very worried.Should I see a doctor?

Penis circumcision line can get swollen when the masturbation practiced turns out to be hard and pressurized. This swelling also can happen due to inflammation or infection. I suggest you to consult your urologist for a physical inspection.
