What Causes Swollen Stomach And Heavy Nose Bleeds?
my 40 years uncle passed away recently , he was found on his room with heavy nose bleeds we took him to hospital and doctor said he has dead and prior to death 4 days back he had nose bleeding and using medicine for that also even same sign is present during the death and after death also bleeding was present and swelling of stomach also ,we could not able to understand what would be main cause of death,could you please clarify

Sorry for the death of your uncle.
The most probable cause of the death would have been heavy nasal bleeding, causing aspiration of the blood in the lungs causing death.
The blood swallowed before death could have caused swelling of the abdomen.
