For the past month or my tongue has looked and felt a bit swollen. within the past two weeks I ve been having a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep because my mouth is dry and it feels like there is something stuck in my throat, Kind of like the feeling like I m needing to swallow. I drink about a gallon of water a day and bring a glass of water to me to bed, because I will wake up in the middle of the night with my throat feeling like sandpaper. I have an appt in a few weeks with my family doctor but I m unsure if I should be seen sooner
