Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

If only tonsilar enlargement without any symptoms no worry. Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Avoid cool drinks and ice creams. If you develop symptoms like pain, fever or difficulty in swallowing then consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
