What Causes Swollen Vein In Hip After An Injury?

Ok so about a week ago I got punched in my hip while boxing the day after my hip turned black and blue and now that the black blue is gone it feels like my vein or something similar to that is swollen right where I got hit. What can this possibly be? And should I be worried?

Hi,

It could be the inflamed site where you got the maximum hit. Do fomentation. Do not massage. Do some hips exercises. Take multivitamins and antioxidants along.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
