Hello,

Your symptoms are indicative of developing vertigo associated with tinnitus. Get clinically examined by an ENT, to detect cause of tinnitus. Tinnitus commonly occurs due to exposure to loud sounds for a prolonged period of time. It can be caused due to partial of complete rupture of the ear drum, ear wax, ear infection, hearing loss, etc.

Your treating ENT will do required tests and investigations, audiometry tests etc., so that the pathology causing the symptoms is diagnosed & treated. In the meantime, since you are suffering from dizziness, avoid doing any heavy work, do not drive. Take Vertin -16, twice daily for 5 days, to get relief from dizziness. You will be treated for tinnitus and vertigo.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
