What Causes Symptoms Like "missed Period, Lower Back Pain, Mild Cramps, White Vaginal Discharge" ?
Symptoms: missed period, lower back pain, mild cramps, white vaginal discharge, frequent urination. I recently took a home pregnancy test and it turned out negative but before i took it i drank alot of water could that be a reason why i got a negative result? or can these symptoms be somthing else?

Missed periods, abdominal cramps, white discharge, breast tenderness, increased frequency of micturition, etc. symptoms can be seen during the premenstrual period and also during early pregnancy. As your urine pregnancy test kit gave negative result the possibility of pregnancy is somewhat less. But as you mentioned, better to check with early morning midstream urine sample to get the accurate result.
If the test gives negative result you can wait for one week to 10 days after your expected date of periods. If you do not get periods even after that, please consult your gynecologist once and undergo either blood test for pregnancy or ultrasound which can accurately rule out the possibility of pregnancy and by ultrasound the possible cause of delay in periods can also be identified. Then treatment can be planned accordingly.
