Dermatologist 's  Response
The description of the lesions suggests the possible diagnosis of urticaria. Urticaria is a disorder characterised by multiple erythematous lesions present all over the body. Oral antihistamines like fexofenadine may be used to reduce the rash along with topical soothing lotions like calamine lotion. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy.
