What Causes Temporary Loss Of Vision And Hearing?

I am a 29 year old female and have had a temporary loss in vision, shaking, and unsteadyness that lasts for approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute. I do not have a loss of hearing accompanied with these symptoms, however, I am unable to speak. This usually happens when I stand-up after sitting or lying down, however, I have noticed this when I have been standing for quite some time. This problem has occured since approximately age 5.
