What Causes Tender And Swollen Thighs?
My boyfriend came home the other day and could hardly walk. The balls of his feet were so sore and his calves and thighs felt tender and are swollen. It is moving up into his arms and wrists. Today I noticed he has developed red spots on his legs. Does this sound like something serious?

In my opinion this is a viral infection probably lyme disease
I also recommend you do immunoglobulin tests
other possibilities include gallian barre syndrome, which will require spinal fluid test
