What Causes Tender Breasts, Spotting And Pain On Left Abdomen?

I have had a tubal 3yrs ago but the past few weeks my breast have been tender and I've been overly tired and very sick to my stomache and a sharp pain on my left side, but had my peroid tho its been very light and and mort spotted. I was wondering if it might be an ectopic pregnancy.
