What Causes Tenderness And Pain In The Testicle?
I have had alot of tenderness in mostly my right testicle for a couple days now. It is a dull painful ache. Feels warm to the touch and inflamed. My abdomen and groin areas on both sides ache as well. I am a very healthy 25 year old with no other issues. Very healthy.

The dull pain, tenderness and local increase in wagh and inflammation is indicative that you have epididymo-orchitis.
Get the following:
Tests of blood and urine including culture and sensitivity.
Ultrasound and color Doppler.
A course of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines till you are cured.
Plenty of oral fluids.
Scrotal support.
