What Causes Tenderness In Muscles With Sore Skin On Right Side Of Body?
I have 3 spots on my back which are sore, and a bad case of indigestion on my right side. The right side of my body, both front and back is very tender, like a sore muscle, but my skin there is also sore, even when my clothes touch it. I think I have shingles. I have had these symptoms for 2 + days and can t get comfortable to sleep.

the symptoms you have described is called hyperasthesia. It could be due to diabetic neuropathy or because of some internal organ inflamation eg. Hepatitis, caused by alcoholism or some oher disease.
