What Causes Tenderness In Right Lung While Breathing?

I have just had a rare bacterial lung infection which responded to clarithramicine I have just finished 7 day course but my right lung still hurts when I breAthe. I am not breathless and feel fine. My X-rays showed inflammation on both lung and are being repeTed in 2 weeks. Should I be concerned I don t want it back

I can understand your situation and problem.
Usual time of recovery in pneumonia is 2-3 weeks.
X ray improvement takes longer time.
Complete resolution of chest x ray takes almost 1 month.
So better to wait for 1 more month.
You are feeling well, not having cough and breathlessness, fever etc then no need to worry for repeated infection.
You are in recovery phase of pneumonia. And this is the reason for pleuritic pain (pain while breathing).
So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Get done repeat chest x ray after 1 month.
