What Causes Tenderness In The Face Particularly Around Eyes And Headaches?
Hello doctor,
On the left hand side of my face, from my jaw to more forehead feels very tender, particularly around my left eye. My eye feels dry and herts. I also have a faint headache. I have had allof these symtoms for the last 4 days. I am a female aged 44.

It appears to be neurological problem. it is to be seen left eye is dry because of exposure keratitis. to be noticed mouth is drawn to right side and other clinical feature. if facial palsy then ofloxacin .3% eye drop to be applied in left eye. neo sporine eye ointment to be applied in left eye at bed time. tab neurobion forte daily for 20 days. combiflam tab twice daily for 10days. short duration steroid with tap paring for 15days. complete recovery will follow soon.
