Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had a vasectomy 14 days ago. It was a no scalpel coterized open ended type of vasectomy. My testicles are still pretty tender and I must be careful not to bump them with my hand or something as this causes pain. When I am resting, I don t feel any pain. Is this normal after 14 days? Is so, how much longer till this issue goes away? Also, when my ball-sac hangs loose, it looks a bit deflated since having the procedure. Is this normal?

Infectious Diseases Specialist, Dr. Arun's Response
Hello dear,
Thank you for your contact to health care magic.
I read and understand your concern.
I am Dr Arun Tank answering your concern.
Pain after vasectomy for such a long period is abnormal.
NSV or non scalpel vasectomy will never cause loose or deflated testicles.
So pain may be because of the infection or some other thing. I suggest you should examine yourself with the doctor for pain in the testicles.
Only visible examination and direct examination can diagnose the condition directly. And can help you cure.
I will be happy to answer your further concern on bit.ly/DrArun.
Thank you, Dr Arun Tank Infectious diseases specialist, HCM.
