What Causes Tenderness In The Vaginal Area?

After I had my son 40yrs ago I had swelling on labia majora it burst very painful as time has gone by sometimes I've felt bit tender there about 3weeks ago got a throbbing feeling went to doctor and antibiotics thought it was cyst after I finished course still now and again throbbing saw different doctor who examined me said no cyst gave me a pain relief gel to put there have you any ideas as don't feel I can go back but still feel ache and actually wish something like a boil would show ty

As per your description, it seems like an infected cyst or an allergic eruption. We have to rule out other conditions like Bartholin cyst or vulval cyst also. As of now, you can take antihistamines like Pheniramine and check whether the size is decreasing or not. If the swelling persist, better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
