I noticed some tenderness on the right lower side of my head two days ago. When showering this morning, I notices that the tenderness extends up my scalp almost to the top of my head. It feels like a bruise when palpated. The area I originally noticed was sore is painful to lay on. I have not had any injuries to my head. As a nurse, my mind is considering all the possibilities. What could this be?
