What Causes Testes Swelling And Pain, Abdomen Pain After Ejaculation?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...As soon as I ejaculated from having sex, my testes immediately began to swell and became extremely painful. I can't hardly walk. The pain shoots up towards my abdomen. What could be the cause?

Hi.
Thank for your query.
Noted your history of pain and welling in the testis ans pain in abdomen after ejaculation.
The probable causes can be:
- There is blockage in the vas deference or epididymis causing the swelling in the testis after ejaculation. This in turn causes pain in the testes and the scrotum.
- Another possibility is that there is varicocele that gets full after such a strenuous activity.
- There may be associated hernia or so.

I would advise you the following:
First of all get a color doppler study and ultrasonography of the scrotum and abdomen.
Semen analysis- if the count of sperms is zero, there is a blockage and you need a corrective surgery.
If varicocele is present you need a surgical correction.
