History of pain and pressure in testicles during and for one hour after having sex, hard time pooping indicates that you need to be concerned. The probable causes can be nerve entrapment in the inguinal region during any strenuous activity including sex. Starting of development of hernia can cause similar problem. Clinically you may find a popping swelling to see if enlarges with coughing and that it reduces on its own and after pressure on it - this occurs in hernia. Also go for the tests of urine, stool and blood. Ultrasonography with color doppler of the scrotum, abdominal wall and abdomen will help further.
