I am 25 male weight 203 pounds i have a feeling like to masturbate no of times. But some times my testis are paining still i want to do it. But this time my right testis pains a lot and my waist is also paining and its hard for me to walk because of this. THis happend just few minutes ago....

I understand your concern as masturbation is quite common in your age group.but if you have testicular infection like epididymoorchitis or penile infection like balanits you may experience severe testicular pain or pain radiates to loin and waist. I advise you to refrain from excessive masturbation and consult a uroligist at the earliest. Hope you will become airight at the earliest
