Hi I have testicular pain when I have a bowel movement. My first doc ordered an ultrasound. The said I had fluid filled cysts on my cord connected to my left testicle. It would correct its self. I thoughtbit was gone and then it started hurting during bowel movements. Next doc said thatit sounded like something else sobhe reffered me to a urologist. The doc with the reputation of being the best urologist in town said it was a hydrocele. But also said that this would get more painful in the later parts of rhe day after working and walking all day. Because it was basically a vericose vein on the tube to testicle. Well it doesnt hurt towards the end of the day. It only hurts after a bowek movements. So what do you think doc????
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of pain on the left testicle only on passing motion and never at other times. Also noted the opinions of other Doctors as hydrocele, varicocele and so on. This is a typical problem since the pain in the testis while passing stool can not really be correlated. Yet,there has to be a reason. The most probable causes I can think of are: The straining at passing stool may NE leading for compression of the spinal cord. There may be correlation between the nerves supplying both the parts and hence the problem

Actual per- rectal examination can help a lot.
