What Causes Testicle Pain?

my 13 yr old son has a pain in one of his testicles. when he was much younger he had twisted testicles. but fortunately they untwisted on their own. but today he is in alot of pain and has not been impacted in the area...he is 88lbs 13 yrs old and 4'8"

HI.Testicular Torsion is again a possibility. Urgent care ultrasonography and color doppler is most important as is Examination by an Urologist.
IF torsion , urgent reversal and fixing is important to avoid recurrences .
