What Causes Testicles Staining With Blood?

hi
recently i found that my underwear hav some stain. i dunno if it is blood stain or soemthing. from the position of my stain underwear, it seem to be where both my testicles are. i dunno if it is fungus infections or wat. but i m very worried. pls help me.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of finding stains of blood on underwear and these must obviously be due to blood as there is nothing else that stain like blood.
The cause must also be obvious that you might have scratched the scrotal skin inadvertently and caused scratches.
I would advise you to clean the scrotal with plenty of water and see for any obvious bleeding spots and then consult a doctor. Apply liquid povidone iodine locally to the scrotal skin to make it sterile.
You Doctor would apply tincture or so if required or refer you to the concerned Specialist.
