What Causes Testicles To Go Into Pelvis During Sex?

Sometimes when I am having sex with my girlfriend, My left testicle goes up into my pelvis and it feels akward. Not painful, kind of good actually and makes it easier to ejaculate. I was wondering why that is? Are they loose or something? Sometimes if I am thrusting and the testicle slides up I almost crush it and then that is when it hurts. Any advice please?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
The left testicle going into pelvis during sex and during thrusting indicates that there is remnant of herniation that has remained there congenitally.
This is making ejaculation easy is a good news, but for the safety you should get checked by an Urologist to see what is the defect and get corrected surgically if thought it necessity by the Urologist.
I think you need to get the problem fixed.
