What Causes Testicular Pain And Infertility?
having pain in my testicles and the lower part of the stomach. Have tried many antibiotics but still the testicles are paining. Have tried to conceive but still no positive result.i went for a semen analysis and the results were good. What might be the problem. Please help.

I feel testicular pain may be due to local trauma or refered pain due to stone check out for ureteric stones and usg of testis
