What Causes Testicular Pain Despite Taking Azithromycin And Cefixime Shot For Gonorrhoea?

Hello, I was treated for gonorrhea 5 days ago and given a cefixime injection and 1g of Azithromycin for the treatment, this is the first time I have ever been affected by an STD, so I'm not sure what is going on and what the effects are. If I am experiencing slight pain in my testicles and lower abdomen still after 5 days, should I be worried even though it's only been 5 days since the treatment? Or is that normal?
