What Causes Testicular Pain, Pressure In Groin Area And Frequent Urination?

I have pain in the my testicles, mostly the left, but some times the right, also pressure in the groin and frequent urination. Some days the problems seems to go away and then reappear a day or two later. Last prostate exam just about a month ago, showed normal prostate, PSA 0f 1.4 and nothing in the urine. Just had a more complete UA which came back normal showing no signs of infections.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have chronic prostatitis. You should take a course of antibiotics like norfloxacin or levofloxacin. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
