What Causes Testicular Pain While Having A Cervical Herniated Disc?
My husband was just Diagnosed with several compressed discs in his neck(the radiographs show black discs) They are going through the motions such as Anti inflamatorys, injections etc. Today he started having pain in his Testicules(balls) and difficulty urinating. Is this related to his disc issue? And why

It could be because of that. it is possible that he has another compression at lumbar spine. So, if he has difficulty in urination too then you need to urgently get him examined.
